Our fitness classes are open to everyone of all abilities, so don't think that your not fit enough to come along. The beauty of our classes is that you decide how much you want to push yourself on the day, so if you want to take it easy, then grab a different colour bib or just hang back. If on the other hand you want to go for it, then our experienced instructors will vary the intensity.

This is all based outdoors in local parks in your area, so we are not restricted by a gym environment and we use the local area and the natural features to full effect. There is no fear of getting bored, although each class has a basic format, no two sessions will be the same as our experienced instructors vary the intensity and exercises of the class based on the terrain encountered, the weather and the ability levels of the participants.

Main theme – This consists of individuals, pairs, threes and teams conducting a number of bodyweight exercises including; press ups, sit ups, squat thrusts, lunges, standing squats, bur pees, pull ups & dorsal raises. Interspersed with elements of running, shuttle runs and sprints.
 
4:  Cool down and stretch
 
 
Beginner (Blue bibs) -
This level is for those who are starting on the road to fitness or who are returning to exercise from a long break or post injury.
Intermediate (Red bibs) -
This level is for those who have progressed from our beginner level or who join us with a reasonably good level of fitness.
 
Advanced (Green bibs) -
If you want full on, have a high level of fitness and want to be pushed out of your comfort zone, then grab a green bib. You have been warned!!!
