Military style circuit and fitness training held outdoors in your local parks. The classes are aimed at improving overall muscular strength endurance and aerobic fitness. Our fitness graded combat circuits alternate exercises between your upper, middle and lower body in an intense workout, which means that when you get tired we simply switch you to using another area of your body. This also keeps the work rate high on your heart and lungs and means that you can work at a greater intensity for longer, whilst having great fun.

In a nutshell, this is real fitness, done the old fashioned way, provided by qualified, experienced and highly motivational instructors. There are no machines, no gimmicks, just hard work, lots of sweat, real results and its proven. If its good enough for the fittest fighting soldiers in the world, then it's a fantastic way of getting fit for you.

The success of our fitness classes stand or fall on the level of instruction, so vital for us was to recruit the very best Physical Training Instructors to run our fun and highly motivational classes. Military / Boot Camp style circuit and fitness training requires instructors who are very fit, very confident, have credibility and presence, who are highly qualified, very experienced and have natural motivational abilities. All of our instructors come from exemplary military backgrounds, all of whom have been trained at the Army School of Physical Training and have a vast amount of experience at instructing group fitness activities.

Military definition: Combat Fitness: a state of enhanced physical fitness and mental readiness achieved by fighting troops immediately prior to deployment on operations.
